I am a certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach. I received my certification from The International Association of Wellness Professionals. In addition I am also a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
My heart centered business takes a holistic approach to serve my clients, mind, body and spirit. I use nutrition, exercise, meditation, mindfulness, expressive arts, and getting out in nature, fueled with compassion, creativity and humor. I am beyond excited to take this path in my career as a service to others.
I am here to guide and support clients on their journey, to hold the space to empower them to make the best choices in order to live their best life! My mission is to bring peace to the world by bring peace to myself and others through my practice.
