I have always loved helping people, as a child I took pride in being a Girl Scout. After my parent's divorced when I was a teenager, I learned to deal with grief and emotions. I discovered Louise Hay and began the process of learning to love myself. After college graduation in Chicago, I spent 20 years working as a producer on live events such as the Olympics and large corporate conferences.
When I fell in love I moved to Crested Butte, CO and directed outdoor athletic events. My partner and I then spent 5 years as a crew member on a yacht to explore the idea of owning a boat and exploring the world.
When COVID happened, I followed my dream of helping others lead healthier happier lives and went back to school to get my coaching education and certification.
For me, my health became important as I approached 50. I wanted to look and feel my best so I focused on what I was eating and how I was moving. I lost the extra weight and became stronger. Now I enjoy helping others as they approach milestone birthday s to achieve the outcomes they set.
I'm also familiar with loss and heartache; my Mother passed away suddenly and tragically when I was 44. I have spent a lot of time developing my self-care practice of yoga, meditation, and strength training. This has given me the centeredness to stay resilient for life's ups and downs.
