Dayna Yvonne Jondal, M.A., NBC-HWC, C-IAYT is a national board-certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC) and certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) who loves supporting people to take small steps in the direction of self-love and self-discovery. She has a M.A. degree in Integrative Health & Well-being Coaching from the University of Minnesota and is also trained in yoga therapy. As a former philosophy major, she embraces the Socratic process of inquiry and believes her clients have the wisdom within. Dayna has worked both independently and for major medical centers with a diverse range of clients looking to make lifestyle changes, such as: enhancing sleep, nourishing well, managing stress, and improving communication and relationships. Her specialization is in mind-body medicine, compassionate communication, and enhancing resilience holistically. She has also written curriculum, and taught and trained new coaches through both private sector organizations and academic universities.
